This course introduces you to the energy of Reiki. It is primarily about self-healing, learning basic hand positions for personal healing practice and treating friends and family. You will receive an email version of your manual and your REIKI CERTIFICATE on completion.

Course Requirements: 

• None apart from an enthusiasm for learning about Reiki.

 
A general overview of the course and introductions:

• You will receive First Degree Reiju Empowerments/Usui Attunements which are performed within the system of Reiki
   

• Learn to work with energy by carrying out simple energy exercises, learn self-treatment techniques, practise mindfulness, learn about the Reiki precepts and Reiki meditations
   

• Carry out self-treatments and treat another student.  

• Receive a treatment from another student to enable you to fully understand the Reiki experience from the recipient’s perspective
   

• You will receive a Level 1 certificate and also have continuing support and access to your teacher
