This Level 1 (Shoden) course will introduce you to the practice of Reiki. It is primarily about personal development, learning basic hand positions for personal healing practice and treating members of your family and friends.

About the Event
- You will receive a First Degree Reiju/ Empowerment
- Learn to work with energy by carrying out simple energy exercises, self-treatment techniques, mindfulness, Reiki precepts and Reiki meditations
- Learn how to carry out self-treatments and give a treatment to another student
- Receive a treatment by another student to fully understand the Reiki experience from the recipient’s perspective
- Receive the Level 1 certificate and have access to continuing support from your teacher, including the opportunity to attend monthly Reiki shares. Your teacher is a
- Master/Teacher member of the UK Reiki Federation
